Welcome back to our Five Favorite Bets For Week 8 of the 2021 season! Last week we hit on 2 of our 5 bets. We are now at 20-17 on the season with our best bets. So let us try and do better in Week 8.
Green Bay Packers at Arizona Cardinals (-6)
This season, both teams are 6-1 ATS, and Green Bay has covered 6 in a row. It is hard not to take Aaron Rodgers plus money in Prime Time. The Cardinals are 7-0 and have to lose eventually. Give me the Packers and the points and a shootout.
Pick: Packers+6 ( Over 51)
Cincinnati Bengals (-9.5) at New York Jets
The Bengals are suddenly an AFC powerhouse and currently sit as the number one seed. They are a few missed field goals from being 6-1. Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase, seven games into their professional tenure, are already in the conversation as one of the best duos in football. The Jets won’t have Zach Wilson, and they just traded for Joe Flacco. Joe Burrow and the Bengals are about to Take it to the Hizzy!
Pick: Bengals -9.5
Los Angeles Rams (-14.5) at Houston Texans
The Rams are double-digit favorites for the second straight week, and I think this week they will cover. The Lions did everything they could to win that game. The Texans aren’t as Ballsy; it’ll be another big day for Matthew Stafford and the Rams.
Tennessee Titans (-1) at Indianapolis Colts
It was just three weeks ago that the Titans were a laughing stock after losing to the Jets. But since then, they have won 3 in a row and beat the Bills and Chiefs back to back. The Colts surprised the 49ers at home Sunday night but won’t be able to beat rival Tennessee.
Pick: Titans -1
Dallas Cowboys (-2.5) at Minnesota Vikings
Both teams are coming off a bye week, and Dallas has been 6-0 ATS off a bye recently. Dallas has won 5 in a row, and although Minnesota is 3-3, they have lost a few close games that could have altered their win total. I like the Vikings to keep this game close and win it outright.
Pick: Vikings +2.5 (Bonus over 54.5)
Best of luck to everyone this week, and thank you for reading our Five Favorite Bets For Week 8!
