NBA DFS Psychic Picks
The NBA is treating us to a nine game slate today! With the surplus of available talent, our Psychic Picks will need to be sharp and balanced. Let’s start week 3 of the NBA with a bang! Please take a look at our NBA DFS Psychic Picks below. The lineup offers player values from Fanduel DFS, totaling the full allowance of $60,000. Be sure to check back for any last-minute lineup changes; we had to pivot from Kevin Durant to Caris LaVert last Monday; we never know with the NBA.
Point Guard
Terry Rozier – $7,100
Charlotte Hornets @ Philadelphia 76ers
Terry Rozier is off to a hot start to the 20-21′ campaign! He’s averaging 33.38 fantasy points per game on Fandeul and coming off a 35 point performance against the 76ers. I’m betting Rozier picks up right where he left off just a few days ago. Rozier should continue the same scoring pace and push close to 30+ fantasy points once again.
Rozier has been great on defense as well; he’s good for a steal per game. He’ll be a big ticket winner if he manages to grab a handful of assists or rebounds to combine with his high-end offensive and defensive skills. I LOVE his upside at the cost of $7,100, and the matchup is excellent as the 76ers rank 26th for Fantasy Points allowed at the Point Guard Position.
Jrue Holiday – $6,400
Detroit Pistons @ Milwaukee Bucks
Jrue Holiday has been a little quiet to start the year. He came out cold from three point range, shooting just 1/10 from beyond the arc across his first three games. Since then, he’s hitting .521 from three point range. While it did take Holiday a few games to heat the deep ball, he’s been rock solid on defense averaging two steals per game.
The Pistons rank 22nd in total points, and field goal percentage surrendered, so there will be plenty of scoring opportunities to go around. Holiday is averaging 33.90 Fantasy Points per game on Fanduel this season; he’s hit over that number twice in his last three games, including a 50+ performance against Miami. The early line on this matchup is -14 Bucks. If this game is everything, the sportsbooks anticipate, Holiday could take center stage in this Fire Drill!
Shooting Guard
Seth Curry – $5,500
Charlotte Hornets @ Philadelphia 76ers
Seth Curry is a great value play tonight at his cost of $5,500. Curry is another player who is starting to build consistency in his box score. He’s averaging 31.6 fantasy points in his last three games despite a season long average of 27.07; in essence, you’re getting today’s value at last week’s cost. I don’t expect Curry to be a high percentage play either; there are many high-end Shooting Guards available for tonight.
Seth Curry has taken 10+ shots in each of his past three games; we can’t deny that he’s finding his role in this offense. The matchup is favorable as well; the Hornets rank 27th in fantasy points allowed to the Shooting Guard Position; there’s plenty of upside for Seth here. Lock him into your lineups!
