NBA DFS Psychic Picks

Monday wont be the busiest day for Fantasy NBA and DFS. We’re being treated to five games this evening, and despite the lack of action, there will be a ton of value playing Daily Fantasy Basketball. Please take a look at our NBA DFS Psychic Picks for this evening. The lineup offers player values from Fanduel DFS, totaling $59,000. Be sure to check back for any last-minute lineup changes to ensure none of these players sit out.

Point Guard

George Hill: $5,400

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Utah Jazz

Oklahoma City couldn’t play their first game of the year due to a minor covid outbreak with the Houston Rockets. OKC played their first game this past Saturday, and George Hill had one of the brightest performances in a 109-107 victory over the Hornets. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the team in scoring with 24 points but didn’t shoot the ball very well, shooting just 8 for 20. On the other hand, Hill was nearly immaculate from the floor, going 8 for 9 for 21 total points.

Hill would finish with 24 minutes on the floor while totaling 32 fantasy points on Fanduel. At $5,400, I’m diving back to Hill in this matchup against the Jazz. With Hill coming off the bench, he should have plenty of opportunities to fill the box score, with the Jazz likely creating separation early.

Tyus Jones: $3,500

Memphis Grizzlies vs. Brooklyn Nets

This start is a throwaway pick. The Salary is in the basement at $3,500, but Jones still holds some value, even if it may be minute. I expect the Brooklyn Nets to create some separation, and there should be a handful of extra minutes for Jones behind Ja Morant and Grayson Allen.

Jones failed to score any points in Memphis’s last matchup against Atlanta, but he’s still been able to put up nearly eight fantasy points in back to back games. I’m confident Jones gets in some extra work tonight and nets 15+ fantasy points on Fanduel, he’s the super-flier of the bunch.

Shooting Guard

Donovon Mitchell: $7,900

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Utah Jazz

Donovan Mitchell could be a high percentage play tonight with a lucrative salary of $7,900, but I’m still ready to lock him in without hesitation. Tonight’s matchup against the OKC is an excellent spot for Mitchell to blow up the box score. I could see him scoring over 30 points in this game while sprinkling in a handful of assists and rebounds.

The Utah Jazz are loaded at every position and entirely overpower the Thunder on every level. I expect the cream to rise to the top, Mitchell will feast in the box score. I’m expecting elite numbers at a discounted rate on Fandeul! I also recommend grabbing a few of his props and taking anything over 25 total points and five assists.

Kentavious Cladwell-Pope: $3,900

Portland Trailblazers vs. Los Angeles Lakers

KCP is one of the best value plays coming into this evening’s matchup against the Blazers. Portland has allowed over 120+ points in their first two starts of this year. Caldwell-Pope is a jack of all trades for the Lakers and will have plenty of opportunities to rack in some excellent stats in this juicy matchup. The Lakers want to leverage their depth to start the year, and KCP is already 6th on the team in total minutes.

He’s a steal at $3,900, and for all we know, we could see Anthony Davis or Lebron James take a last-minute sit down. Regardless, you should feel great tossing KCP into your lineup. Caldwell-Pope recorded back to back 20 fantasy point performances to start the year, and I expect much more this evening.

Small Forward

Kyle Anderson: $4,600

Memphis Grizzlies vs. Brooklyn Nets

Kyle Anderson is coming off an outstanding performance against the Atlanta Hawks that earned him 44+ fantasy points on Fandeul. Despite anticipating a big win for the Nets, I think Anderson will be one of the brighter spots for the Grizzlies tonight. Anderson has recorded at least ten rebounds in each of his first two starts, and I expect him to be busy around the glass once again.

Anderson is another excellent value start as we have seen him as a focal point on the Grizzlies roster. He’s played the second-most minutes so far. I’m looking for 15 points and 15 boards from Anderson in this matchup. He’s another guy you want to look at for player prop bets.

Kevin Durant: $9,500

Memphis Grizzlies vs. Brooklyn Nets

Kevin Durant and the Brooklyn Nets are off to a hot start to the 20-21′ campaign. Durant has scored 29 points in back to back games and is shooting .500 from the floor. As I’ve said, I anticipate the Brooklyn Nets to beat down the Grizzlies. The Nets just took a close loss from the Charlotte Hornets. I have to imagine that left a bad taste in Durant’s mouth. Barring any setbacks of back to back rest, Durant should be the center of attention once again in this matchup. As you would expect, Kyrie and Durant lead the team in total minutes.

The offense centers around this duo, and I don’t believe the Nets are ready to rest Durant or Kyrie just yet. Durant is an elite option night in and night out in DFS. He’s averaging 40+ fantasy points per game on Fandeul and should be ready to roll against the Grizzlies. If he doesn’t make it to the lineup, you need to plug in Caris LeVert immediately.

Power Forwards

Christian Wood: $8,100

Houston Rockets vs. Denver Nuggets

Woah, Christin Wood exploded in the Rocket’s first game against Portland. He recorded 31 points, 13 rebounds, three assists, and one block, earning him over 50 fantasy points on Fanduel! Wood is another player I’m going to ride with a hot hand. With a salary of $8,100, I feel like I’m walking out the back of the bank with an obscure briefcase full of unmarked bills. It’s criminal!

Wood will be another high percentage play, but we have plenty of diversity for high and low-value starts, as you’ve seen from the lineup. The Rockets will have their work cut out for them against the Denver Nuggets, as they come into this matchup at seven-point underdogs. I still expect to see elite production from Wood and James Harden. I plan on starting Wood in DFS until he gives me a significant reason to look elsewhere, which will probably happen once his Salary climbs.

John Collins: $7,000

Detroit Piston vs. Atlanta Hawks

John Collins hasn’t gone too crazy in the box score just yet. He’s put respectable numbers for the sake of DFS, however, to eclipse 20+ total points in his first two starts. The lack of production has to do with Collin’s foul troubles through the first two matchups. Collins has recorded back-to-back games with four total fouls and leads the team in that category. I expect Collins to get right against the Pistons and go off for a big performance.

Collins has still recorded at least 27+ fantasy points on Fanduel through his first two matchups. However, this is a player that averaged 20+ points and 10+ rebounds per game in the 19-20′ season; we expect more. Collins is getting a discount on his Salary due to his limited production through the first two games; grab this value while you can because it won’t last!

Center

Nikola Jokic: $10,000

Houston Rockets vs. Denver Nuggets

Nikola Jokic has been nothing short of ferocious to start the year! Nikola was one rebound short of recording back-to-back triple-doubles to start the 21′ season. In his first appearance, Jokic recorded nearly 70 fantasy points, and I know we’re just scratching the surface! The only argument for not using Jokic tonight is his Salary and usage in DFS.

Yes, everyone will be starting Jokic on a light five-game night from the NBA, but this is the guy everyone will need to take home big money from Fanduel. If Jokic isn’t your brand of burgundy, then you MUST put James Harden into your lineup. I can assure you that you’ll need one of these massive home run plays to bring home big money. Harden’s Salary is $11,500. I recommend using that money elsewhere to stack more value.

If you’ve read this far, direct message our Twitter page @ToTheHizzy to get our lineup with Jokic and Harden plugged in!
